What you will do:

• Design, develop, and manage the overall data architecture, including data models, storage solutions, and data flow.
  
• Define and implement best practices and standards for data management, governance, and data quality.
  
• Architect scalable and secure data solutions using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Dataflow.
  
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to design data models and schemas that support business requirements.
  
• Ensure data integration processes are optimized for performance, reliability, and security.
  
• Develop and maintain enterprise data models and metadata management solutions.
  
• Lead efforts to design and implement data governance frameworks, including data lineage and cataloging.
  
• Provide technical guidance and leadership on data architecture and data management strategies.
  
• Design and implement data security and compliance measures, including data encryption and access control.
  
• Optimize and manage data storage and processing environments for performance and cost-efficiency.
  
• Oversee the design and implementation of ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines.
  
• Evaluate and select appropriate data technologies and tools to meet evolving business needs.
  
• Document data architecture designs, processes, and standards to ensure clarity and consistency across the organization.
  
• Continuously assess and improve the scalability, flexibility, and security of data architecture.
  

What we are looking for:

• 
  
• Advanced/Fluent English for conversation
  
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 
  
• Great experience in data architecture, data management, or related roles, with a focus on cloud-based solutions.
  
• Expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its data services, including BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, and Pub/Sub.
  
• Strong experience in data modeling, database design, and data warehousing concepts.
  
• Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python or Java.
  
• Deep understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security best practices.
  
• Experience with data integration tools and ETL/ELT processes.
  
• Proven ability to design scalable, high-performance data architectures.
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  
• Knowledge of metadata management, data lineage and data cataloging tools.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
